At the heart of our operation is a commercial Jabez Burns 280kg convection roaster capable of roasting 5 million pounds of coffee per year. It has been fully automated to ensure a consistent, trouble free roasting process. This machine is heated by a very efficient 5.5 million BTU natural burner.
